RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Nest And Nature. We at Nest and Nature, we curate the finest pantry staples—ranging from natural Honey and cold-pressed Edible Oils to premium Dry Fruits, Spices, Pulses, and dehydrated items like Dry Veggies, Dried Meat, and Seafood.

Because our inventory consists entirely of food products, we must adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. Therefore, we maintain a firm policy regarding returns and reversals. We are fully committed to resolving any genuine issues with your order to ensure a premium shopping experience.


1. Damaged, Spoiled, or Quality-Compromised Items

Given the consumable nature of our products (such as our Dried Meat, Seafood, or Edible Oils), we want to make sure everything arrives fresh and intact. If your order is damaged in transit, shows signs of spoilage, or fails to meet our strict quality standards upon arrival, we will gladly arrange a return or refund.

  • Reporting Timeline: You must notify us within three (3) days of receiving your delivery.

  • Condition for Return: The product must be sent back to us in its original condition, with the container, bag, seal, and primary outer packaging intact.

  • Resolution: Once our quality control team receives and inspects the item to verify the defect, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred during the return.

2. Incorrect Deliveries (Wrong Food Items/Weights)

If we accidentally ship the wrong item—for instance, sending the wrong Spice blend, a different variety of Pulse, or an incorrect quantity of Dry Fruits—please notify us within three (3) days of delivery.

  • Keep the incorrect item unopened and in its original packaging.

  • We will immediately dispatch the correct product at no additional cost to you.

  • In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.

Quality Guarantee: Every batch of our Honey, Spices, and dried goods undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our facility. While we aim for perfection, we understand logistics errors can happen and are here to correct them promptly.


3. Order Cancellations

To ensure swift dispatch and maintain the shelf-life integrity of our dry foods, orders are processed rapidly.

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel an order only within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your source account within 4 to 5 business days.

  • Important Note: Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot accept any cancellations, reroutes, or modifications under any circumstances.


4. Banking & Gateway Processing Windows

The timeframe for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends entirely on your bank and payment provider's regulations:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or Digital Wallets): Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Disclaimer: While we regret any inconvenience caused by this timeline, these processing windows are controlled strictly by financial institutions and third-party gateways, and Nest and Nature has no power to expedite them.
